נגישות פיזית בבית חייקה
ארכיון חייקה גרוסמן הוא ארכיון (ארכיב) דיגיטלי מקוון, הנגיש באמצעות האינטרנט בלבד ואינו מהווה בעצמו מקום פיזי לקבלת קהל. האתר chaika.co.il הוא האתר של הארכיון הדיגיטלי של חייקה גרוסמן ואינו אתר של ספריית קיבוץ עברון או של הספרייה הסמוכה. הארכיון נוצר במסגרת בית חייקה בקיבוץ עברון, שהוא מבנה פיזי נפרד, הצמוד לספריית "אופק", ובו מתקיימת פעילות ציבורית, חינוכית ותרבותית הקשורה לשימור, לתיעוד ולהנצחת מורשתה של חייקה גרוסמן. במסגרת פעילות זו נעשה, בין היתר, שימוש באודיטוריום בבית חייקה להקרנת סרט תיעודיים וחינוכיים שונים על חייה ופועלה של חייקה גרוסמן.
אנו רואים חשיבות רבה בכך שגם אנשים עם מוגבלות יוכלו להגיע לבית חייקה, לקבל שירות ולהשתתף בפעילות המתקיימת במקום באופן שוויוני, מכבד ובטוח. להלן מידע על הסדרי הנגישות הקיימים כיום בבית חייקה, וכן על האפשרויות לתיאום מראש וקבלת סיוע והתאמות בהתאם לצורך.
דרכי גישה וכניסה
קיימת דרך נגישה מהכניסה המערבית למתחם ועד לבית חייקה, וכן קיימת כניסה נגישה לבית חייקה, המאפשרת כניסה למבקרים המתניידים בכיסא גלגלים ובאמצעי התניידות אחרים.
מהכניסה המערבית קיימת דרך נגישה אל האזורים בבית חייקה הפתוחים לציבור, ובכלל זה האודיטוריום, הספרייה וחדר המורשת. במקום קיים גם בית שימוש נגיש לשימוש המבקרים, לרבות מבקרים המתניידים בכיסא גלגלים.
נגישות בתוך המבנה ומעבר בין מפלסים
בבית חייקה קיימים מפלסים שונים, ואין כיום במקום מעלית, רמפה או מתקן הרמה המאפשר מעבר בין כל המפלסים.
הכניסה הנגישה הקיימת במפלס העליון מאפשרת גישה ישירה אל האודיטוריום, הספרייה וחדר המורשת, שהם האזורים המרכזיים והעיקריים בבית חייקה המשמשים לפעילות ולקבלת קהל.
החדר העגול במפלס התחתון מיועד לקבלות פנים בלבד ואינו מהווה אזור חיוני לקבלת השירותים העיקריים הניתנים בבית חייקה. כאשר קבוצה או אדם עם מוגבלות אינו יכול להגיע לאזור שאינו נגיש, ניתן, ככל שהנסיבות מאפשרות זאת, לקיים את המפגש או לתת את השירות בחדר המורשת, הנמצא במפלס הנגיש וניתן להגיע אליו בדרך נגישה בכל העת.
האודיטוריום, מקומות ישיבה והקרנת הסרטים
באודיטוריום קיים מקום מתאים למבקר המתנייד בכיסא גלגלים, וניתן לתאם מראש מקום מתאים בהתאם לצורך, לרבות היערכות לקראת ביקור או אירוע.
הפעילות באודיטוריום בבית חייקה כוללת, בין היתר, הקרנת סרטים חינוכיים על חייקה גרוסמן באמצעות מקרן. אין במקום כיום מערכת קבועה או ניידת לעזר לשמיעה. כאשר מתוכננת פעילות או אירוע שלגביהם נדרשת לפי הדין התאמת נגישות מסוימת, או כאשר ניתן לספק התאמה נדרשת בעקבות בקשה מראש, אנו נבחן את הצורך ואת האפשרויות העומדות לרשותנו ונפעל ככל שניתן ובהתאם לדרישות החלות על הפעילות ולתנאים במקום.

מומלץ לפנות מראש ככל שניתן, כדי לאפשר לנו להיערך בצורה טובה יותר לצורכי המבקר ולבחון מראש אילו התאמות או פתרונות ניתן לספק. פנייה מראש אינה מיועדת להוות חסם לקבלת שירות, אלא לאפשר לנו להתכונן ולסייע באופן יעיל ומותאם ככל האפשר.
